Effective date: 8 August2026. Welcome to TripLekha. By accessing or using our mobile application and services, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
1. About TripLekha: TripLekha is a travel expense management platform to create trips, invite members, add or edit expenses, split bills, settle payments, share photos, use live location, and chat.
2. User account: Keep your account secure and provide accurate information. You're responsible for all activities under your account.
3. Acceptable use: Do not misuse the app, upload unlawful content, attempt to hack or disrupt the service, or impersonate others.
4. Expenses & settlements: You are responsible for the accuracy of the expenses you add. TripLekha is not responsible for disputes between users regarding payments.
5. Live location: If enabled, location is used to provide trip features, subject to your device permissions.
6. Photos, bills, and chat content: You are responsible for the content you upload, including receipts or screenshots.
7. Premium subscription: Currently ₹199 per year, subject to change.
8. Referral program: Benefits may change or be withdrawn at any time.
9. Intellectual property: All trademarks, designs, and content belong to TripLekha.
10. Limitation of liability: The app is provided "as is" and "as available", to the extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect damages.
11. Account suspension: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
12. Changes to terms: We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance.
